Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

• 50% Refund: Available if requested at least 4 weeks before the event.

• No Refund: If requested within a week of the event, unless the place is taken by another applicant.

Full refunds may be given at our discretion if the spot can be filled by another delegate.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

3. Exceptions
