James will take you on a 2 day journey covering the basics of Clear aligner therapy through to complex and advanced cases.
This course will help you assess, plan, and deliver excellence in modern aesthetic dentistry where clear aligners form a foundation and starting point to create beautiful smiles.
From basic lower incisor alignment to complex cross-bite correction and overjet reduction, the use of elastics to correct and enhance the alignment. Including Dahl and other pre-aligner composite bonding techniques, IPR, and other advanced post-aligner restorative care.
James will give you the confidence to provide your patients with care which will grow your practice in a confident and practical way; not only showing you the possibilities but also helping you find your way on your clear aligner journey.
Aware that Mental health affects us all, in particular dentists, who in all stages of their careers are faced with varying levels of professional and personal stress, we will put some time aside for mental health awareness with a guest speaker who will talk about his experiences and strategies to deal with this.
James Taylor
James is also a CDOCS lecturer, sharing his expertise and knowledge with fellow dental professionals in the USA and around the world. He offers one-to-one peer advice and guidance to dentists on their clear aligner journey and lectures internationally, having recently visited Las Vegas and Costa Rica. His recent webinar series for CDOCS in the USA allowed him to share his multidisciplinary approach with dentists who do not currently work in that way, opening their eyes to the opportunities and professional fulfilment that multidisciplinary treatment provides.
James has been using and advocating CBCT-guided clear aligner therapy for many years and will introduce more systems, highlighting their functionality. James is at the forefront of advising and training on this cutting-edge approach.

DAY 1
Kickstart your learning with sessions on diagnosis, IPR and attachments, and aesthetics with SureSmile, interspersed with breaks and lunch for networking. End the day with a hands-on Primescan and IPR practical session, and cap it off with a delightful group dinner featuring vegetarian and halal options.
DAY 2
